Everyone will become obsessed with these healthy and Keto friendly air fryer Brussels sprouts. They are easy and quick to prepare and so delicious, you won't have left overs.

Ingredients

1 lb. Brussels sprouts
3 T. butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 oz. freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1/4 t. red pepper flakes

Wash and trim Brussels sprouts; pat until very dry. Cut each in half, or if sprouts are very large, cut into quarters.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 3 minutes.

In a large bowl, toss sprouts with the butter, garlic, about three quarters of the cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Add sprouts to the air fryer in one layer, not overlapping or stacked. Air fry for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring/shaking a few times during cooking, until tender and crisped to your liking.

Return to the large bowl, toss in any remaining butter. Sprinkle on the remaining Parmesan cheese.

Serve.
