Description
Do you need a last minute homemade candy? Make this easy candy and have your crock pot do all of the work. It's a great treat and makes a great gift to give.
Ingredients
2 lb. dry-roasted peanuts (mixed - salted and unsalted, if desired)
2 lb. almond bark, vanilla or chocolate
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 oz. German chocolate bar, broken into pieces
sprinkles, optional garnish

Add the first four ingredients to a crock pot. Cover; set the temperature to warm/low. Cook for 1 hour; stir. Cook for another hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes for an additional hour or until the chocolate is completely melted.
When everything has melted, divide the candy equally into mini paper baking cups. It's helpful to place the cups in a mini muffin pan before filling them with the candy to help them keep their shape. Top with sprinkles, if using. Allow to cool until set.
Store in an airtight container.
