Arrange the sprinkles and crushed candy into 3 separate rows about 1/4 inch deep in a serving dish with high sides or use 3 separate plates: 1/2 c. white non-pareil sprinkles, 1/2 c. red, green, and white non-pareil sprinkles, 1/2 c. crushed candy canes.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt one of the chocolates according to the package directions. Only melt one before using it, because the chocolate hardens very fast, and you don’t want to have to melt the second chocolate twice.

Transfer the melted chocolate to a piping bag or a zip lock bag with a small hole cut in the tip. Pipe a circle about 1/2 inch in diameter over the sprinkles. Repeat until you have used all of the chocolate or half of the sprinkles.

Let the chocolate sit on the sprinkles for about 5 minutes or until they're hardened. They can put in the refrigerator for a minute to speed up the process. Once hardened, use a fork to scoop the candy out of the sprinkles.

Repeat this process with the remaining flavor of chocolate, starting with the heating process.

Place candies in a bowl, cookie tin, jar, or gift bag.

4 servings.

* These little candies can be stored in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks, in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 4 weeks. or frozen in an airtight container for up to 5 months.
