Description
While this is a great breakfast dish, it makes a wonderful, satisfying dinner as well. The canned biscuits make it a quick and easy meal to serve your family.
Ingredients
- 2 cans Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
- 1 lb. breakfast pork sausage, your favorite
- 3 T. flour
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. black pepper
- 1 T. melted butter, optional
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease the bottom and sides of a 7x10 inch small casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Cut 1 can of the biscuits into quarters; place in bottom of the prepared casserole dish. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
- While biscuits are baking, cook and crumble sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until completely cooked.
