Carrabba's restaurant has the best dipping oil for bread, and now you can make it at home anytime you want. It's made with seasonings that you probably already have and can be ready in 5 minutes.
1 T. crushed red pepper flakes
1 T. freshly ground black pepper
1 T. dried oregano
1 T. dried basil
1 T. dried parsley
1 1/2 t. garlic powder
1 1/2 t. onion powder
1/2 t. dried rosemary
1 1/2 t. sea salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
extra virgin olive oil
Combine the red pepper flakes, pepper, salt, oregano, basil, parsley, garlic and onion powders, rosemary, and minced garlic; stir.
Place the spice mixture in a shallow plate and drizzle on the desired amount of extra virgin olive oil over it.
Serve immediately with a crusty bread.
4 servings.
Tip: Wait to combine the olive oil and spices until right before serving.
