What a great way to make bacon. In about 10 minutes you can easily have bacon on the table for breakfast, sandwiches, soups or for garnishes.
5 bacon slices: 6 oz. of regular bacon; 8-12 oz. of thick-cut bacon
Place the bacon slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cutting slices in half as needed to fit.
Air fry at 350 degrees: regular cut bacon for 7-9 minutes, or until bacon is browned and reaches desired crispiness. Air fry thick-cut bacon for 10-12 minutes.
Regular Cut Bacon: for softer bacon, air fry for 7 minutes, or for crispy bacon, cook 8 - 9 minutes.
Thick-Cut Bacon: for softer bacon, air fry for 9-10 minutes, or for crispy bacon, cook 10 - 12 minutes.
Transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Serve.
*Important tip: If cooking in batches, discard and wipe out any bacon grease in the drip pan before repeating the process.
