These crackers are made with just one simple ingredient, cheese. They are low carb, Keto friendly, high in fat, delicious and crispy.
Ingredients
- 4 pieces thinly sliced cheese (Sargento brand is great)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- Cut the 4 cheese slices into quarters, each cheese slice will yield 4 pieces.
- Transfer each square to the baking sheet, placing them about 1/2 inch apart so that they won’t melt into each other.
