Everyone in your family will absolutely love these banana bites for a snack or as a dessert. They are healthy, delicious and will satisfy both your sweet and salty cravings.
4 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. dark chocolate chips
2 t. coarse sea salt
Line a sheet pan that will fit in the freezer with parchment paper.
Cut each banana into 10 slices. Dollop 1/2 t. peanut butter onto half of the slices; top those with another slice; transfer to the prepared pan. Freeze at least 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, microwave chocolate chips, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted, about 2 minutes total; drizzle over the banana bites; sprinkle with sea salt.
Return to the freezer to harden, 10–15 minutes.
Serve chilled.
