These adult desserts are great fun to serve at a party. It's quick and easy to make. The hardest part is waiting for them to chill.
Pudding:
3/4 c. very cold whole milk
3/4 c. banana pudding cream moonshine, available at most liquor stores (Ole Smoky brand)
3.4 oz. instant banana cream flavored pudding mix
Toppings: extra creamy Reddi Wip, Ghirardelli chocolate sauce dessert topping from a squirt bottle, rainbow sprinkles, fresh banana slices, about 1/4 inch thick, Maraschino cherries drained of juice and patted dry with paper towels
Place 10 jell-o shot cups, each a 2 oz. size, on a rimmed tray/platter; set aside.
In a large bowl, add the milk, banana pudding cream moonshine and instant banana cream flavored pudding mix; whisk for 2 minutes or until it just starting to set up but is still pourable. Fill each cup with the banana split pudding mix.Place the tray in the refrigerator. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or up to overnight, for the pudding to fully set.
Garnish each jell-o shot with a squirt of whipped topping, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, rainbow sprinkles, a slice of fresh banana and a maraschino cherry.
The pudding cups can be stored in individual pudding shot cups, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
