Description

Celebrate Valentine's Day or the whole month of February with a cute, pink ice cream float. Use licorice as a straw and garnish with colorful sprinkles, if desired.

Ingredients

• 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 8 oz. Cherry 7-Up soda
• 1 strand/rope red licorice (the kind with the holes in the centers)
• red, white and or/pink sprinkles, optional garnish

Steps

1. Add 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to a large glass, cup or mug. Fill the cup with cherry soda.
2. Cut the ends off of 1 strand of red licorice; place the licorice in the cup to use as a straw.
3. Top with a few colorful sprinkles, if desired.
