Holidays, Valentine's Day, fun gatherings, and pool parties call for a tasty cocktail that quick and easy to make. This one is certainly that.
750 ml bottle rosé wine
2 c. any kind frozen fruit*
Combine the rosé wine with the frozen fruit in a blender; puree until no chunks of fruit remain. Taste and adjust with ice or choice of sweetener, if desired.
Stir in the remaining rosé wine.
Serve immediately in clear glasses, garnished with sliced fruit and colorful paper straws.
If not able to serve immediately, store in the freezer in large ziplock bags.
Makes 5 cocktail slushies.
