Ingredients

• 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 c. green onions, chopped
• 1 c. pecans, chopped
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 10 oz. jar red pepper jelly
• 1 t. Cajun seasoning
• assortment of crackers, for serving

Steps

1. In a large bowl, mix together the cheese, green onions, pecans, mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning.
2. Spread mixture into a serving dish; evenly spread and top with the red pepper jelly.
3. Serve with an assortment of crackers.
