Creamy Tuscan Garlic Cheese Ravioli

Description

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. vegetable broth (or chicken broth)
  • 1 - 2 t. garlic powder
  • 1 t. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 c. baby spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes, drained

Steps

  1. Boil the ravioli according to the package instructions.
  2. While the ravioli is cooking, add the heavy cream, broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese to a medium saucepan. Whisk over medium-high heat until it starts to thicken.
  3. Add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes; simmer just until the spinach starts to wilt.
