These pancakes are so easy and quick to prepare and so delicious, you'll put them on your breakfast rotation for sure.

Ingredients

2 c. Original Bisquick™ mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla, optional
1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
maple syrup or favorite syrup, if desired

In a medium bowl, whisk/stir in Bisquick mix, milk, vanilla and eggs until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

Brush a non-stick griddle or non-stick skillet with vegetable oil; heat griddle to 350 degrees F, or heat skillet over medium-low heat.

Pour slightly less than 1/4 c. batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake. Cook until edges are dry; flip; cook the second side until golden brown.

Serve buttered with maple syrup or favorite syrup.

5 servings, about 12 pancakes.

Leftover pancakes can be wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen.
