Description
This side dish is easy to make and uses just a few simple ingredients. It's tasty and loaded with so much flavor, you'll add it to your recipe rotation.
Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into pats
- 1 1/2 c. white long grain rice (not instant)
- 1 1/2 c. low-sodium beef broth
- 10.5 oz. can Campbell's French Onion Soup
- 1-2 T. garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add the butter to a dutch oven or baking dish. Add the rice, beef broth, soup and seasonings; stir.
- Bake, covered, for 30 minutes; stir; bake, covered, another 30 minutes.
