This side dish is easy to make and uses just a few simple ingredients. It's tasty and loaded with so much flavor, you'll add it to your recipe rotation.
1 stick unsalted butter, cut into pats
1 1/2 c. white long grain rice (not instant)
1 1/2 c. low-sodium beef broth
10.5 oz. can Campbell's French Onion Soup
1-2 T. garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add the butter to a dutch oven or baking dish. Add the rice, beef broth, soup and seasonings; stir.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes; stir; bake, covered, another 30 minutes.
Remove dish from the oven. Fluff the rice with a fork.
Serve.
