Holy cow, this just might be the most delicious corn dish ever! Even veggie haters will love it. It's an easy side dish that's ready in 15 minutes. It's sweet and creamy and is made with frozen corn, honey, butter, and cream cheese.

Ingredients

2 T. salted butter
2 T. honey
16 oz. bag frozen corn, not thawed (gold n’ white corn, sweet yellow corn, white corn, or yellow corn)
2 oz. cream cheese, cut into chunks, at room temperature
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper

Melt the butter and honey together in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once melted, add the frozen corn; cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.

Add cream cheese, salt, and black pepper; stir; cook, about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve immediately.

6 servings.

Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.
