Easy Tater Tot and Sausage Casserole

Description

This breakfast casserole is perfect for a small crowd or could be halved for a family. It's easy to prepare and so delicious, even the kids will love it.

Ingredients

2 lb. ground sausage (or mixture of ground beef and ground sausage)
2 - 2 lb. bags frozen tater tots
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a large casserole dish or two 9x13 inch casserole dishes with non-stick cooking spray.

Brown the sausage in a skillet. Discard excess grease. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Transfer meat to the prepared casserole dish.

Top the meat with frozen tater tots.

In a large bowl, whisk together the soups with the evaporated milk. Pour the soup mixture on top of the tater tots, spreading the mixture out to cover the tater tots.

Bake about 1 hour.
