Description
This breakfast casserole is perfect for a small crowd or could be halved for a family. It's easy to prepare and so delicious, even the kids will love it.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground sausage (or mixture of ground beef and ground sausage)
- 2 - 2 lb. bags frozen tater tots
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans evaporated milk
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a large casserole dish or two 9x13 inch casserole dishes with non-stick cooking spray.
- Brown the sausage in a skillet. Discard excess grease. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Transfer meat to the prepared casserole dish.
- Top the meat with frozen tater tots.
