Ingredients

• 7 oz. chocolate, chopped
• 1 c. heavy cream
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/4 c. water
• 2 T. unsalted butter
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• 1/4 t. salt

Steps

1. Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in short intervals, stirring until smooth; set aside to cool slightly.
3. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until hot, but not boiling. Remove from heat; set aside.
