Description
There's no need to use your oven and heat up the kitchen when making these yummy potatoes. They taste just like they are oven baked.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. Russet potatoes, thinly sliced (about 8 small potatoes)*
- non-stick cooking spray
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 1 oz. packet Lipton Onion Soup mix
- 1/3 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
Steps
- Spray a 4 quart or larger slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the sliced potatoes in the slow cooker in a spiral design, if desired. Sprinkle the garlic powder, black pepper and onion soup mix over the potatoes. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the potatoes.
- Cover. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours, opening the lid during the cooking time.
