Death by Chocolate Dump Cake

Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
2 c. milk
1 T. cocoa powder
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Optional: whipped cream, chocolate sauce, ice cream, for serving

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix, chocolate pudding, and cocoa powder. Add in the milk; stir until just combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly on top of the cake.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
8-10 servings.
