Heaven In A Bowl
Description
This heavenly dessert is so easy to prepare and delicious, it'll be the dish you'll want to bring to any function. Just bake some brownies, make some pudding and then assemble in a pretty glass bowl.
Ingredients
1 box fudge brownie mix, plus ingredients listed on box
2 bags mini Reeses peanut butter cups
4 c. 2% cold milk
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 c. creamy peanut butter
4 t. vanilla extract
2 tubs 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed, divided

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Make the brownie batter according to the instructions on the package; pour into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool. Slice into 3/4 inch pieces.
Cut each peanut butter cup in half.
In a large bowl, mix the pudding with the milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Add in peanut butter and vanilla extract; mix in 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip.
Layer one-third of the brownies in a large glass dish. Sprinkle half of the peanut butter cups and one-third of the pudding mixture on top. Repeat the layers.
Top with the remaining Cool Whip. Scatter on the peanut butter cups. Refrigerate until chilled.
Serve.
