Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream
Description
You can make this special ice cream easily at home without an ice cream maker and you only need four ingredients.
Ingredients
1 1/2 c. strawberries, chopped, mashed or pureed
2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk, NOT evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. golden Oreos, broken into pieces, from about 8 Oreo cookies

Mash the strawberries with a potato masher or puree them in a blender or food processor; set aside.
Use an electric mixer to beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the pureed strawberries and sweetened condensed milk. Gently stir in the Oreo chunks.
Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container. Freeze until firm, at least 8 hours.
