Chex Party Mix
Description
This is a great snack anytime but especially during holidays or for large gatherings. It's the classic recipe with a few tweeks, if desired.
Ingredients
3 c. Corn Chex cereal
3 c. Rice Chex cereal
3 c. Wheat Chex cereal
1 c. mixed nuts, with or without peanuts (or more)
1 c. bite-size pretzels
1 c. garlic-flavor bite-size bagel chips, rye chips or Club mini crackers
6 - 8 T. butter
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
11/2 t. seasoned salt
3/4 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. onion powder

In a large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, nuts, pretzels and bagel chips; set aside.
In a small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 40 seconds or until melted; stir in seasonings. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
Microwave uncovered on High 5 - 6 minutes, thoroughly stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in an airtight container.
