Description
Choose your method of making this delicious chili cheese dip, either on the stovetop or in a slow cooker. Then add the 4 ingredients to warm the easy to make dip.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. favorite chili, from 2 - 14 oz. cans or homemade
- 4 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 c. shredded cheese, like Pepperjack or sharp Cheddar
- 1/4 c. salsa
- cayenne pepper, for heat, if desired
Steps
- Stovetop Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the cheese is bubbly, about 5 minutes.
