These Cheesecake rolls are so versatile, they can be served for breakfast, a snack or a dessert. They're easy to make with just 5 ingredients and are ready in less than 25 minutes.
3 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 t. vanilla extract
2 1/2 T. powdered sugar
8 oz. canned crescent rolls (8 rolls)
2/3 c. fresh blueberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar with a hand or stand mixer.
Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles along the perforated seams.
Place the dough triangles on a clean, flat surface, with the short, wide ends facing you and the long triangles pointing away.
Spread 1 T. cream cheese mixture across the bottom third of each dough triangle. Top the cream cheese with 2 rows of blueberries.
Roll dough forward, starting with the end closest to you, all the way to the tip of the triangle.
Place the finished roll on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining ingredients creating 8 rolls.
Bake 10-13 minutes until rolls are golden brown.
Serve warm.
