This just might be the very best fruit salad that you'll ever make. It's healthy, easy to prepare and is ready in about 20 minutes. It has an abudance of fresh fruit, no added sugar and is served with a light orange and lemon dressing.
Ingredients
freshly squeezed juice from 1 large orange
freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon
2 c. seedless red grapes
1 pineapple, cored and chopped into chunks
4 firm but ripe mango, peeled, cored, cubed
6 oz. blueberries
2 lb. strawberries, halved
6 c. watermelon, cubed
12 oz. blackberries
5 kiwi, peeled and quartered
6 oz. raspberries

Orange Juice Dressing: Add the fresh orange and lemon juices to a small bowl or jar. Mix to combine; set aside.
Fruit Salad:
Wash, dry and chop the fruit, making sure to not to chop it into pieces that are too large or too small.
To a large bowl, add the sturdier fruit first, like the grapes, pineapple, mango, blueberries, and strawberries.
Drizzle on half of the orange dressing mixture; gently toss to combine.
Add the remaining fruit, except for the raspberries.
Drizzle on the remaining orange dressing; gently toss to combine. Cover with plastic wrap or a tight fitting lid and store in the refrigerator.
Just before ready to serve, add the raspberries to the top of the salad; gently mix.
