You can easily get the taste of the Chick-fil-A cole slaw at home with little time and effort. It's delicious, tangy and creamy and a great side dish for any meal.
1 small head green cabbage, finely shredded
1 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
2 T. sugar
1/2 t. celery seed
salt and pepper, to taste
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper; pour over the cabbage mixture; toss to coat.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving, allowing the flavors marry.
