These baked potatoes taste like they came straight from the restaurant. They are fluffy on the inside and crispy and salted on the outside. Making them in your air flyer will be your new favorite way to make them.
4 medium Russet or Idaho potatoes, 7 oz. each, washed and dried
olive oil spray
1/2 t. Kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
sour cream, butter, chili, bacon, chives, broccoli, green onions, cheese, for optional toppings
Pierce potatoes all over with a fork. Spray each potato with a few spritzes of oil; season with 1/4 t. salt.
Place in the air fryer basket; air fry 400 degrees F until a knife can easily be inserted into the center of the potatoes, about 35 - 40 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
Serve each potato split open, topped with remaining salt and black pepper and favorite toppings, if desired.
