Description
This smoothie is quick and easy to make in your blender with a ripe banana, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, juice and milk of choice. Blend for 2 minutes and voila, you have a delicious breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, cut into large chunks
- 1 c. Greek yogurt, any flavor
- 1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries (plus 1 c. ice if using fresh strawberries)
- 1 c. apple juice, orange juice, or milk of choice
Steps
- Place banana in the blender; add the yogurt, frozen strawberries and juice or milk of choice.
- Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into 2 glasses.
