Description
This pasta salad is easy to make and takes about 20 minutes to prepare. It's full of delicious ingredients like peas, crispy bacon, small pasta and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. shell pasta
- 2 c. frozen peas, fully thawed
- 12 oz. thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Creamy Dressing:
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 T. apple cider vinegar
- 1 t. granulated sugar, or to taste
- 1 t. salt, or to taste
- 1/2 t. garlic powder, or to taste
- 1/2 t. onion powder, or to taste
- 1/4 t. black pepper, or to taste
Steps
- Pasta:
- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water according to the package directions until al dente. Drain; rinse pasta under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- While the pasta is cooking, ensure that the peas are fully thawed. Cook and crumbled the bacon; grate the Parmesan cheese.
