Description

This is a really quick, easy, and delicious cake. It starts with a boxed spice cake mix, canned apple pie filling, spices, butter and pecans all dumped in a baking pan.

Ingredients

• 15.25 oz. box spice cake mix
• 2 - 21 oz. cans apple pie filling
• 1 t. ground cinnamon*
• 1 t. ground nutmeg*
• 1 t. ground allspice*
• 1 T. white sugar
• 3/4 c. butter, cut into cubes
• 1 c. chopped pecans
• ice cream or whipped topping, for serving

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Pour the apple pie filling into a 9x13" baking pan.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and sugar*; sprinkle over the apple pie filling.
