1-2 T. prepared chocolate frosting
24 Hershey's milk chocolate candy kisses
24 Nabisco Mini-Nilla Wafer cookies
24 butterscotch chips

Smear a little frosting on the flat bottom of each candy kiss; press on the flat bottom of the vanilla wafers.
Smear a bit more frosting on the flat bottom of each butterscotch chip; press on the rounded top of each cookie.
Set aside to dry, about 30 minutes.
Makes 24.
