Description

These delicious strawberry cookies are simple to make and require only 4 ingredients. If strawberry isn't your thing, that's alright. You can use any flavor of cake mix that you'd prefer.

Ingredients

• 1 box strawberry cake mix
• 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a sheet/cookie pan with parchment paper.
2. Add the cake mix, Cool Whip, and the egg in a large bowl; mix the just until combined.
3. Add the powdered sugar to a small bowl; transfer the cookie dough to the bowl with the powdered sugar. (Try not to touch the dough with your fingers until it's completely covered with the powdered sugar.)
