Strawberry Cool Whip Cake Mix Cookies
Description
These delicious strawberry cookies are simple to make and require only 4 ingredients. If strawberry isn't your thing, that's alright. You can use any flavor of cake mix that you'd prefer.
Ingredients
1 box strawberry cake mix
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a sheet/cookie pan with parchment paper.
Add the cake mix, Cool Whip, and the egg in a large bowl; mix the just until combined.
Add the powdered sugar to a small bowl; transfer the cookie dough to the bowl with the powdered sugar. (Try not to touch the dough with your fingers until it's completely covered with the powdered sugar.)
Use a scoop or 2 spoons to make about 24 cookies.
Place the cookies on the prepared sheet or cookie pan, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
Bake for about 15-16 minutes until the edges are firm.
Allow the cookies to cool on the sheet pan.
Serve.
Makes 24 cookies.
