Make this no-bake dessert that will feed a crowd when you need a delicious treat. It's great for holidays, parties or any type of gathering.
Oreo Crust:
36 Oreo cookies, ground
1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted
Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse Layer:
1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese-softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
5 (0.73 oz.) envelopes milk chocolate flavor instant hot cocoa mix
1 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
Chocolate Pudding Layer:
2 (3.8 oz.) chocolate instant pudding mix
2 3/4 c. milk
1 c. mini-marshmallows
Topping:
1 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream (or 2 1/2 c. whipped cream)
2 T. powdered sugar
2 c. mini-marshmallows
Chocolate topping or Nutella, for serving
Crust:
Place whole Oreo cookies with the filling in a food processor; grind into fine crumbs. Stir in melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 13x 9-inch casserole dish. Place in the refrigerator or freezer to firm up while making the next layer.
Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse Layer:
In a bowl, beat softened butter, cream cheese and vanilla and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth.
In another bowl, beat heavy whipping cream and instant milk chocolate powder until stiff peaks form.
Fold half of the hot chocolate whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture; fold in another half. Scrape the bottom of the bowl to incorporate everything well. Spread over the crust. Place in the refrigerator or freezer until firm.
Pudding Layer:
In a bowl, whisk instant chocolate pudding mix and milk until it starts to thicken. Stir in mini marshmallows. Spread over hot chocolate mousse layer. Place in the refrigerator or freezer to set.
When the pudding layer has set, make the whipped cream. Beat heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. Spread whipped cream on top of the pudding layer. Refrigeratore for a few hours or overnight.*
Before serving, sprinkle 2 c. mini marshmallows over the whipped cream.
Serve, drizzled with melted chocolate, Nutella, or chocolate topping.
12-15 servings.
Store leftovers in the fridge.
*Hot Chocolate Lasagna is best the next day when it firms completely overnight in the refrigerator.
