Take boring pretzels to a new level with a few seasoning and a bit of oil. It's a great snack for anytime, parties, game day, or holiday gatherings.
15-16 oz. bag pretzel twists
1 envelope Ranch seasoning
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. onion powder
1/2 t. dill weed
1/2 c. popcorn oil, canola oil or coconut oil
Place a piece of parchment paper on a large cookie/baking sheet.
Place pretzels in a large bowl that has an air tight cover. Sprinkle the dry ingredients over the pretzels; carefully stir. Place the cover on the bowl; shake well until pretzels are coated.
Pour the oil over pretzels; cover; shake well.
Gently stir, scraping the seasonings from the bottom of the bowl.
Pour the pretzels in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Let pretzels sit for 1-2 hours prior to serving to avoid oily pretzels.
Makes 8 cups.
