Description

Make these wonderfully delicious biscuits with just 4 ingredients. They are melt in your mouth good, fluffy and tender and just in time for the holidays.

2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. 7-up
1/4 c. butter, melted

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Add the Bisquick to a large bowl. Cut the sour cream into the Bisquick mix using the back of a fork.
Pour in the 7-Up; stir to combine. The dough will be very soft.

Sprinkle more Biscuick on the counter to gently flatten out the dough to about 1-inch thickness. Use a biscuit cutter to cut 9 biscuits.

Melt 1/4 cup butter; pour into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Or, melt the butter in the pan by placing it in the oven for a few minutes.

Place the cut biscuits in the pan with the melted butter.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 9 biscuits.
