Description
These delicious sausage filled crescent rolls are very versatile. Serve them as an appetizer or as a light meal. They can be ready in less than an hour.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 10 oz. can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 - 8 oz. cans crescent roll dough
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until it’s browned and fully cooked. Discard excess grease.
- Add the softened cream cheese to the skillet with the sausage; stir until melted and combined. Stir in the drained Rotel.
