Ingredients

1 store bought graham cracker crust
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1 t. peppermint extract
1/2 c. crushed candy canes (reserve some for topping)
red food coloring (for a festive decoration)
1/2 c. mini marshmallows, for topping
whipped cream, for topping

In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add in powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated.

In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Stir in the peppermint extract and a few drops of red food coloring to give the pie a festive swirl.

Gently fold in the crushed candy canes, reserving a bit for the topping.

Pour the filling into the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best results.

Garnish with whipped cream, crushed candy canes, and mini marshmallows, if desired.

Serve.
