Ingredients
32 oz. block Velveeta cheese, cubed
8 oz. package cream cheese
10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes, with juices (original, mild, or hot)
10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. sausage or ground beef or a combo of both

Brown ground meat in a skillet over medium heat; discard excess fat; set aside.
Place cubed cheese in a slow cooker. Pour in the Rotel and the cream of mushroom soup; stir.
Set slow cooker on the Low setting for 1 hour, allowing the ingredients meld together.
After another 30 minutes, add the browned meat. Let cook, stirring as needed.
Serve with tortilla chips or favorite dippers.
