Ingredients
- 32 oz. block Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes, with juices (original, mild, or hot)
- 10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. sausage or ground beef or a combo of both
Steps
- Brown ground meat in a skillet over medium heat; discard excess fat; set aside.
- Place cubed cheese in a slow cooker. Pour in the Rotel and the cream of mushroom soup; stir.
- Set slow cooker on the Low setting for 1 hour, allowing the ingredients meld together.
