2 T. olive oil
2 T. sugar
3/4 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
3 English cucumbers, cut into 1/8 thick slices
4 t. dried dill

In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Add cucumber and dill; toss to coat. Cover.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to overnight for flavors to blend.
Servem seasoned with more salt and pepper, if desired.
