Description
Serve this refreshing, healthy salad as a side dish, a starter or a light snack. It takes just a few ingredients and just minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 T. sugar
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 3 English cucumbers, cut into 1/8 thick slices
- 4 t. dried dill
Steps
- In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Add cucumber and dill; toss to coat. Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to overnight for flavors to blend.
- Servem seasoned with more salt and pepper, if desired.
