Description

These delicious brownies make any occasion special and would be perfect for Valentine's Day. They're fudgy, rich and creamy with a cheesecake topping and cherry pie filling swirled like marble on top.

Ingredients

Cheesecake Topping:
2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 large egg
1/2 t. vanilla

Brownies:
1 c. butter
6 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. salt
4 large eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
21 oz. can Cherry Pie Filling (Lucky Leaf® brand)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13×9 inch pan with foil; spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

Cheesecake Topping:
Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add in the egg and vanilla; beat until smooth.

Brownies:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate in 30 second increments until melted and smooth. Stir in sugar, vanilla and salt. Add in eggs and flour. Mix until incorporated.

Spread brownie mixture into the 13×9 inch prepared pan. Drop Cheesecake mixture on top followed by the pie filling. Run a knife through the top to give it a marbled look.

Bake for 45-50 minutes until the cheesecake states to turn lightly brown on the edges. The cheesecake center will still jiggle a bit.

Cool completely. Refrigerate for 4 hours before cutting.
