Ingredients

• 16 oz. heavy whipping cream, at room temperature
• pinch of salt or to taste
• ice water

Steps

1. Let the heavy whipping cream come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
2. Add the whisking attachment to the mixer.
3. Add the guard if you have one to keep the kitchen clean.
