1 egg white
3 T. water
1 T. sugar
1 T. minced rosemary
Dash of salt and pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper
2 c. walnut halves
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place the egg white in a medium bowl, then add water and whisk until frothy. Add sugar, rosemary, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Whisk all ingredients together. Add walnuts and toss until well coated. Bake for 15 minutes on a greased pan, turning occasionally.
