Selena Gomez showed up at the “@TheEllenShow Show” yesterday to promote her forthcoming album.

And while she was there, the “Come & Get It” songstress discussed her encounter with Brad Pitt at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards over the weekend.

Selena shared, "I was so nervous. Like that stresses me out, but it was fine. I actually had fun and I got to meet Brad Pitt, so . . ."

"Yeah, so I was in my dressing room and I had just finished performing. They knocked on my door and they said Brad Pitt would like to come in and I was like, 'He can come in.' I was trying to play cool and be really nice."

Gomez gushed, “As soon as he walked out I ran and I hide under the craft service table for like two minutes because I couldn't believe it was happening… He was like, 'Can I have a picture with you?' I was like, 'Can I have a picture with you?'"

Selena also noted that since splitting from Justin Bieber she’s doing well and looking for her next main squeeze- "Someone that can make me laugh… [Someone who is] great to my parents. I feel like I'm doing my eHarmony profile."
