Okay so when you first look at it, it does remind you of a chihuahua who is a DERP but hey I could be wrong about the BREED here. Honestly, I am getting two kinds of vibes from this photo. Either that dog is really a DERP or the owner is trying to strangle him just for the sake of a photo. Talk about animal torture. Where is PETA now?????
