The first stage is when you have started working out and you eat only healthy foods and juices. You need a goal and this is what you have.
The second stage is when you have a job, a loving girlfriend, a car and maybe a dog. This is where you start drinking beer at parties with your friends.
The third stage is where you still have a job with a good position, you are happily married and you are bout to become a father. That's when you start drinking a little bit more beer. Goodbye to your six packs forever.
Lastly, you have retired, you're still married and your belly has become more like a small earth in itself.
All of this is done by you but you still blame the beer for making you fat.
