This is what happens when two drunk guys get more drunk than usual and plan a renovation. So what happened here is that this two best friends were out celebrating and they got heavily drunk. Now one of the friends suggested that he didn't like the way his house looked so the other suggested, "you need to put more colors in there".

Since they didn't have any colors available they simple brought a parachute balloon and somehow managed to open it up. Now the guy had a really colorful house and he calls it House Of Balloons.
