Three years ago, we launched the 360 Services Policy. Since then, we have comprehensively transformed 1,474 government services through an integrated approach, significantly reducing the time, effort, and costs required of customers... As part of the 2025 Hamdan Bin Mohammed Programme for Government Services, organised by the Dubai Model Centre at the General Secretariat of The Executive Council of Dubai, we honoured the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority team, led by Saeed Al Tayer, with the Hamdan Flag. Congratulations also to the Dubai Land Department for winning the Best Pioneering Initiative Award; to the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs Dubai that won the Best Digital City Experience Award; and to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and DP World for securing the Shared Digital Channels Award... Thank you to all the government entities that continue to set benchmarks worthy of Dubai's name. Our journey continues because our goal is for the Government of Dubai to remain closest to the people, the quickest in meeting their aspirations.
