Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
- 3 t. dark or amber pure maple syrup
- 1 T. finely chopped shallot
- 1/2 t. dried thyme, chopped
- 1/4 t. salt
- 2 flatbreads (14 oz. total)
- 4 oz. fresh goat cheese, crumbled
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Rinse the cranberries; drain.
- In an 8×8 inch baking dish, mix together the cranberries, maple syrup, shallot, thyme, and salt.
