Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 7 oz. canned green chiles
- 1 T. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/2 t. ground cumin
- 1/2 t. chile powder
- 1/2 c. freshly chopped cilantro
- 3 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 c. sour cream
- 16 oz. chile verde
- 10 - 8 inch flour tortillas
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan/baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, about 30-60 seconds. Add in green chiles, lime juice, salt, cumin, chile powder and cilantro; stir. Fold in chicken.
- In a separate bowl, stir together sour cream and chile verde until combined.
